 There are a number of things I appreciate about this business. First, they are willing to service a large geographical area. I was struggling to find someone willing to do the job in my area as the insulation I had contacted only could add more insulation, not install additional airflow venting. Second, having a foreman to go to was awesome. Nick really knew his stuff and took the time each day to let me know the game plan and answer any questions I had. We was also able to adapt in the fly and add venting to one of my bathrooms. The whole team worked hard and with high quality. The only issue I had was with scheduling. There were a couple times the service date was moved. However, on the second schedule change the customer service team and I collaborated and were able to make something work. I appreciate them going to great lengths for me. All in all, was a good experience and am very happy with how things turned out.

It started with a busted water pipe, 200 gal of water in my basement, leading to a new found hole in my basement wall & other surprises. It took me a long time to figure out what to do with a damp 1896 basement with a small spot where water trickled in through the wall. I finally saw a television ad for DBS and its lifetime transferrable warranty. From the assessment and sales process through completion of the work I felt fully informed and am extremely satisfied with their professionalism and quality of the work done. My days of dragging wet towels to the washer and dryer are over - thank you!
