After thorough inspection, it was decided that the basement would need to have the Everlast™ Wall Panels installed to prevent future water seepage. Along with that, WaterGuard® was also installed in several areas of the basement, as shown by the newly poured concrete in the photos attached. After a visit from a Design Specialist, it was determined that the basement would need to have a combination of CarbonArmor® and WaterGuard® installed to provide maximum support for the basement. The CarbonArmor® will work to stabilize the concrete walls and prevent them from making any unwanted shifts. The WaterGuard® was installed around the perimeter of the basement, and will work to catach and extract any water from seeping in to the basement. The combination of these products give the basement an effective and efficient waterproofing system for years to come.
