This wall had several cracks in it and the homeowner was concerned with the integrity of the wall, but they still wanted to have space to make this a finished space once again. With our Carbon Armor Straps we were able to secure the wall without disturbing the space in the room. This area can now be finished as if nothing had ever happened. 

After we had stabilized the foundation it was time to waterproof the walls so that the homeowner would no longer have to deal with water coming in their basement and causing issues with the finished area they had created. With the new drain tile installed around the perimeter of the space we installed our CleanSpace wall poly from the top of the wall leading into the drain tile. This helps direct any water along this course which eventually leads to the new sump pump which directs the water out of the home. 

When basements flood it is often caused by the water that gathers around the base of the home finding a path of least resistance directly into the home. In order to reduce the amount of water gathering around the base of the home we give it a better path to follow. Having a drain tile installed in this home helps to direct water that could potentially enter from under and around the home into the drain tile which leads to the sump pump that carries the water away from the home. Our typical waterproofing system is installed with our CleanSpace wall poly which helps with the additional water that finds its way in through the walls. Our system allows that water to pass through the walls and then directs it into the drain tile. When a complete perimeter system is in place the homeowner will no longer have to worry about water entering from the base and walls of the home. 

This homeowner was experiencing issues caused by many significant cracks that made their way across the foundation of the home. In this situation where the foundation could easily be repaired from the inside, our Foundation Specialist recommended we use Power Braces to permanently stabilize the foundation. This solution was implemented across the whole home and the homeowner no longer has worsening concerns with the structural security of their home. 

This Duluth, MN homeowner wanted to make sure the foundation of her home was in good condition. The corner of the basement had cracks along the bricks, showing unwanted movement. One evening while watching television she saw a commercial about DBS so she decided to reach out for a free estimate. When it came time for the installation, Kevin let the homeowner know their plan and gave her brief updates throughout the job. Once the sturdy PowerBrace™ wall reinforcement system was installed, the homeowner no longer had to worry about the foundation concerns.
