These piers are able to fully support the structure and are adjusted to raise the structure back to a level, stable position.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed a main beam and 8 SmartJack® supports to help correct the uneven flooring. The crew also sealed off the space with CleanSpace® water vapor barrier to waterproof the crawl space.

Now that the flooring has been corrected and permanently stabilized, the homeowner feels much more relaxed without the need to worry about their foundation.
