This homeowner in Deerwood, MN had plans to finish their basement to create an office and living area. However, first, they needed to address the water issues the basement was facing.

Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo conducted a free, no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After doing so, he provided a quote for our WaterGuard® Drain System. 

Foreman Dustin Behning led a team in the installation of this project. Together, the team created trenches around the perimeter of the basement in order to install the drain lines. These drains collect water from the walls and floor joists before it has the chance to enter the home. The water then travels to the sump pump and is discharged from the home.

This homeowner can now finish their home renovation projects without worrying about water damage.
