Foreman Dustin Behning led the team in the installation of this project. Together, the team removed the flooring around the perimeter of the basement. After doing so, they installed the drains that connected to a sump pump. These drains collect water seepage from the walls and floor joists and transport the water to the sump pump to be discarded outside of the house. After the installation, the floor is covered with concrete to create a flush look. Once the concrete dries, the installation is totally complete.

One of our crews went out to install our products. First, they dug trenches around the perimeter of the basement slab and put WaterGuard® drains into each. Then they installed a new sump pump to help collect water. The sump pump will ensure the basement stays drier by pumping the water it collects up and away from the foundation. Finally, they installed CleanSpace® water vapor barrier along the walls for a clean finish.
