In Proctor, MN, a homeowner was faced with water troubles in her lifelong home, originally built by her parents in the '60s. One corner room in particular suffered from persistent leaks, as shown in the before photo, where dampness clearly indicated the need for a permanent fix. The installation crew with Forman Kevin Steffey installed a TripleSafe Sump as well as a WaterGuard drainage system. The homeowner now enjoys a dry, safe basement.

System Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen, was able to find a permanent solution by installing a WaterGuard© system and a TripleSafe© sump.  Foreman Casey Healy and his crew were able to install this waterproofing system and the homeowner was happy with the results! 

This homeowner noticed water seeping into their basement through the foundation on the floor. They called DBS to come out and give them a free, no-obligation estimate to fix the problem. System Design Specialist, Royce Bunn, was able to diagnose the problem and give solutions to fix it. Part of the solution was to install a WaterGuard system around the perimeter of the basement. This system allowed the water to drain properly into the new TripleSafe sump pump system. Foreman, Kevin Steffey, and his crew installed the WaterGuard system around the basement's perimeter walls.
