Henrik recommended our GeoLock® Wall Anchor System to correct the cracked and bowing walls. GeoLock® Wall Anchors stabilize foundation walls by connecting two steel plates together with a galvanized steel rod. Based on the severity of the wall movement, excavation was recommended, allowing the wall to be immediately straightened and permanently stabilized.

Foundation Support and Waterproofing for Flooding Basement in Duluth, MN

To permanently stabilize the basement walls, the production crew installed 6 CarbonArmor® Wall Reinforcing straps and 16 PowerBrace™ steel I-beams. This PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System, is meant to support walls from further movement and can be tightented over time, in order to restore the wall to its original position.
The installation was successful and provided a solid solution to the leaking water and foundation cracks.

This PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System, is meant to support walls from further movement and can be tightened over time, in order to restore the walls to their original position. The PowerBrace™ beams are zinc-plated and backed with a 75-year warranty against movement.
The installation was successful and provided a solid solution to the leaking water and foundation cracks!
