Company was assigned to me through a BG&E free energy consultation / HVAC tune-up.

Call representatives coordinated the visit along each step of the process. I received mobile alerts and also voicemails when I wasn't able to get to the phone.

This was a free service, I was not presented with anything but a quote for services I was interested in.

The technician wasn't too chatty, but answered all of the questions that I had. I followed him through the house and learned a great deal about my HVAC system. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He identified a few potential issues and I received a quote for the future work I was interested in.

We did not have an installation, so there was no cleanup. The technician wore shoe covers in the house, and brought in no mess from the rainy day outside.
