Our Overall Service
Met Complete thru free service via BGE. Called Complete when I had a subsequent issue. They got the diagnostic right, and installed what was needed to get the A/C working again. competent technians doing it right the first time.
Call Representative
Cameron identified the problem, conducted a leak test and determined my evap coil was still under warranty. good diagnostic. He presented professionally, communicated well and was conscious of cleanliness. No issues. He represents the company well and knows his business.
Our Installation Crew
A little raggedy in appearance. Had to clean up after them, but technically competent with no issues replacing the evap coil.
The Cleanup Process
As noted above....two different experiences. Cameron was meticulous and install crew was casual. Had to clean up after them.
