When called, all questions were answered.
Work to be done was explained in terms understandable to us "regular" folks.
Crew of three on site over ten hours. Lead man explained the work being done as the day progressed. Polite and Courteous.
Maybe should be a five, but as we were putting things back in place, found a large bag of trash they had left behind. Not a problem, we can get rid of it, and it was a long day for the crew. All other cleanup things were fine.
What made you choose our company:
After many (4) frozen pipes, had to find a company that could do the work correctly in the knee wall area. No obligation estimate, so had Mervin come by. A bit shocked by the price but now know the work involved and think it fair. Really could not find another company that did the work in such a tight area. Now looking for restful nights when the wind howls and the temp dips to 15 or lower.
