Merv took the time to give me a little bio about himself and the company. Made me feel like I was in good hands.
Did the energy adviser explain his findings
He made it clear that there would be more info in the written report. The booklet helped as well. We're also waiting on a Crawl Space booklet.

How pleased were you with the experience
So far, so good. Came on time, efficient, thorough, and experienced.
What did they learn that was most surprising:
We're breathing the air from the crawl space - not good considering how much water/moisture is down there.
This was well worth the assessment even if we con't afford to do anything right now. At least...
