When the salesman arrived, their presentation was well done when informing me about what needed to be done. The installation crew did an excellent job setting up our new dehumidifier. After they finished, they cleaned up well and I would say I was very satisfied with the work they did for me!

Basement looks great and sump installation is a great improvement. Spring melt and runoff will show how effective the job is. Could find out sooner if we have rains like last winter.

This is the second crawl space you have done for me. A fantastic job was done from start to finish. 

For the two days he was there, Michael left with only superlatives to offer for his performance; he accomodated my request for the specific location of the sump + SaniDry. He worked very well with the other crew member at a continous pace. I was concerned at they weight they had to carry in buckets of concrete pieces - so many trips back to the truck. Observing them work so hard + efficiently and effectively was so inspirational: Michael and his crew member demonstrate that the work ethic which built this great country is still alive!
