The salesman and his presentation were laid-back and pressure-free, while still providing us with lots of lots of helpful information. The installation crew was on-time, professional, and accomodating: although some dust was left after clean-up, the job and clean-up were satisfactory.

This was a challenging job, with a 6' cistern in the middle of the basement and a shallow crawlspace covered with boulders.  Their approach appeared to be what we needed and the salesman was very thorough.  The office staff was friendly and very responsive and the installation crew was very efficient.  The basement looks dramatically different!
