Someone called from HR after TCH had a very busy pre-Christmas storm.

Was quoted $167. For service call, was charged $199.

The crew was great. The center beam support plates could have been a little more professional looking.

Initially the Foam was not applied to the contracted 2 inches. Came bck and happily applied more foam.

They did send someone back to clean up spilled concrete in the driveway and on the lawn. Unfortunately, they did not ...
