The actual installation of the insulation was great. The installers were incredibly clean and respectful.

Very polite and professional

Brandon was polite and personable at the sales meeting. His follow through, communication and response time were non-existence thought the entire process. After the sales meeting we were lost in the shuffle of Covid, had to reach out several times to move the process along (over several months), were never informed how to prepare for the installation until the day before our scheduled service when the project manager called us because they noticed no one had asked us to sign any forms about needing to be out of the house. We had a day to rearrange our schedules and the he project manager was very accommodating with our schedules. After contacting Brandon and voicing our dissatisfaction about the lack of communication and the surprise of needing to be out of the house, we were told we would receive a gift card from Brandon for the inconvenience. We have yet to see that and we are still waiting to hear back about getting the energy auditor back to our house to get the government rebate.
