We originally had Rocky out and I was incredibly put off at the fact that he seemingly ignored me and only talked to my husband. Seemed like a nice guy, but I was insulted that he only listened to "the man of the house". The second sales person that we had out was fine, but the price he quoted us seemed quite arbitrary. Would have appreciated a break down of the prices for each aspect of the process instead of just trying to sell us a number. Honestly your product is good enough to sell itself - don't play games with prices and shady sales tactics. We had a great experience other than that, but it made a big impact on our overall impression of the company.
