To date I am quite satisfied however I am wondering if we will receive paperwork regarding the warranty and a receipt for what was done. I have the final invoice but I would like something that spells out exactly what was installed and information about the warranty to put in our home files.

The Cleanup Process
Cleanup was satisfactory but salesman should probably explain that any flowers and plants near the house are likely to be flattened by the tarps and debris. We were told about the tarps and should have realized ourselves that flowers would get crushed by the falling debris but it would be good for the sales person to mention.
