I had a great experience from Brenda and her crew at Comfenergy to fix a problem that has been in my attic for many years. My townhome is in Leesburg, VA and the air handler is high up in the attic, so every time it is hot and humid outside, the AC cool air forms condensation outside of the ducts and then drips down three flights to the basement, pools on the drywall and ceilings, that led to rot and mold. Comfenergy explained and educated me in full detail how to fix by closing up all the small gaps around the ducts, bathroom and kitchen exhausts, reduce heat in the attic from the roof with a heat barrier, and put in cellulose insulation to fill all areas that help reduce energy bills. I would recommend Brenda and Comfenergy for anyone experiencing a similar problem.
