Cyrus came to quiet a fan that had been recently installed. My wife and I were both very impressed with his problem-solving ability. As he determined, the noise had nothing to do with the fan. He also removed some water from an outside vent which he thought, and correctly so, was causing the noise. He reattached the wallboard to the ceiling when he had finished. The problem has been solved and the fan is quiet again. 

Further, Mr. Toby demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills. He was able to explain, in terms we could understand, what he was doing and gave us some choices for solutions along the way.
