Overall satisfaction is 5 stars! Each person throughout the process (initial appointment to installation) was courteous, professional, and patient with questions/concerns we had about the project. Each day the installation crew gave updates on progress and provided before-and-after pictures which was awesome! We are very happy with the work the Drying Company has done for us!

Cameron R. did a great job in performing a thorough review of the issue we had and going over the various options on how to solve the problem. We were most appreciative of his timeliness in response to questions we had after the initial visit. His actions made us feel like he really cared about solving our issue and put forward the best effort in getting it fixed.
Justin and Zach did a great job from start to finish! Each day Justin gave an update on the project's progress and shared before-and-after photos which was very helpful. They set-up the area each morning, kept things tidy throughout the day, and did an awesome job of cleaning up the entire work area. The final result was amazing.

We've had work done previously by the Drying Co. (Gutter Shutter) and it was a positive experience. They are extremely transparent with assessing an issue and providing options so that you can make the best informed choice. Our current project was a really big one and we were nervous about all the work that had to be done. The team knock-it-out-of-the-park! Bottom line, they do what they say they are going to do.
