Sales Process
Mike O’Bier diagnosed the problem (fungus in soil emitting horrible smell) right away; let me know that this is not something that can be predicted but happens in a small % (~5%) of homes that have their crawl spaces sealed. What was great is that there was a permanent ‘fix’ that could be recommended.

The Cleanup Process
What made you choose our company:
I am a former customer. TDC sealed my crawl space and did attic insulation. Given the horrible smell was coming from my crawl space, I thought perhaps TDC may have experience with how to remediate this.
