Everyone we talked with was polite, professional, and punctual. There was good communication throughout the process and we're pleased with the quality of the final work.
Mohammed came to inspect our crawlspace and talk to us about options for addressing our problems (bouncy floors, some mold on joists). Unlike the other contractors that came to look at the same problems, he actually invited me into the crawlspace so he could show me what he was seeing. He was thorough with his explanations, polite, and a pleasure to work with.
Multiple crews came out over multiple days to complete the job. The crew that cleared out the crawlspace and installed the support beam were great. We weren't home when the next crew came (to blow in the spray foam and install the dehumidifier). There were a few issues with their work – namely, they missed some spots that should have received spray insulation. I reported this in an e-mail sent over the weekend, on Monday afternoon Tyler (co-owner of company) came to insect the work and identify what needed to be fixed, and then he showed up again the next day to complete the work. Obviously, it would have been better if the installation crew hadn't missed a few spots when spray foaming, but I was impressed by the speed with which the issues were corrected.
Except for a few "crumbs" of insulation left in the crawlspace, everything was cleaned up beautifully!

Our sales rep, Mohammed, made such a good impression that we chose the Drying Company over some other companies, even though it ended up costing us a little bit more. But, we think we got a better quality product than we would have gotten elsewhere.
