We liked the look/style of the product. The sales rep was knowledgeable, but not pushy. Reviews we read seemed promising. The crew that came out were great/very professional. Answered my questions and didn't mind me watching as I was curious to see the installation. They cleaned up nicely. Had one small issue after they left, but returned to fix it in a very timely manner. Very Pleased!
