Ed Clarke did a superb job of explaining the whole process which was complex but he took extra time and trouble and even took me into the crawl space and the attic with him after donning protective gear to demonstrate their current state.
Our Installation Crew
Extremely efficient, polite, and a pleasure to work with. I have to say, the lone production foreman, Daniel Michinaux worked very hard in the heat of that day to complete the installation of the dehumidifier and spray insulation of the crawl space. He deserves credit for doing it all alone.
