After listening to four encapsulating company pitches and receiving cost estimates, I chose The Drying Co. based on a neighbor's referral. Extremely informative proposal from Matt and the price. I had confidence that The Drying Company proposal was going to be good quality value initially and with trusted follow-up future service. FYI - your pricing was not the highest or lowest but appeared to be the overall "Best Value" for the dollar. Your military and good faith delay of project discounts are greatly appreciated by the retiree. The competition was either way too rigid or inflexible with their encapsulation plan or extremely hard sell/arrogant/unprofessional in their presentations.
