You were local and the likelihood of having good installers was high. Todd, who came out to do the estimate, was outstanding and instilled trust in the process before and after. Would give him a solid 10 if that were an option. Your office people were also very good at informing of changes - something that is rare these days. Dustin and Chris were very efficient and understanding of why we could not be there during the installation. I asked about two issues after and your team addressed them. Thanks!
