I personally found some of the salesperson's education tedious as I had read all the material before the salesperson arrived. But, in the salesperson's defense, I did not state that I had undertaken that effort. And I will say his statements matched the material provided. Still, I wanted to talk our specific issues and the salesperson oriented towards a general educational approach, and I did find that a bit frustrating. But I will say the salesperson listened to my wife and addressed her questions which was appreciated. Finally, I think I would have liked a quote for foam insulation. I did tell the salesperson I tend toward the cheap side so I understand his hesitancy, but if there is anything I would change it is that, getting a quote for foam insulation as well as the non-foam insulation. Admittedly I could have asked for that quote, but I did not realize I was interested until Ryan, the crew lead, offered truly how much better foam insulated despite the higher cost for the foam option.
Ryan did a fantastic job. It is because of him that I would recommend TheDryingCo to my associates. Everyone did their job well, but Ryan did his job exceptionally well. And Ryan's part of the job was perhaps the least desirous (though sales has its downsides as well).
We found you on the internet and the services you offered seemed to address the issues we were having. We needed a company that we felt could thoroughly investigate the heat imbalance issues in our house and offer a path forward.
