Justin has been with Team TDC since 2022 and specializes in attic sealing and insulation services.

What past work experience do you have that relates to your current role at TDC?

I worked in a different insulation company and other construction companies. I also worked in lawn care for 13 years.

What's your most used productivity hack?

I like to check the work order and supply list multiple times before I leave the shop every morning. I like having everything that I need when I perform installations.

What's your favorite thing about your job?

I love that every job is a new challenge, with some of them being tougher than others and every job offering something different.

What's something that you're proud of?

I am very proud and thankful to have been able to provide for my family. Many families have not been as lucky.

Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?

I like to keep my mind busy by playing games in my free time. I have been playing as far as I can remember and it helps to keep me alert.
