The 3 people we had contact with Keith our sales rep, Peter our installer, and the lady on the phone ( sorry I can't remember name) were all professional. we are extremely pleased with the solar tubes and the solar attic fan. The solar tubes really brightened the 4 areas we had them placed. the solar attic fan is much quieter then all my previous attic fans. Peter the installer answered all my questions and was very thorough with the cleanup. I'm very happy we had the tubes and fan installed.
