Kylie was able to get my installation done this week after we initially had some scheduling problems. She went beyond the call of duty and deserves a "10" on the 5 point scale.
Rusty inspected our attic and presented a clear description of the scope of work in the proposed contract.
Jay (foreman) was very professional. He sat down and went over the work to be performed and answered all of my questions. When the job was finished he reviewed the work done and showed me pictures from the attic. Tyler and Al (crew) were very courteous and professional as well.
Everything was thoroughly cleaned in the bathroom and hall areas used to access the attic.

The estimation process was well done and presented. Higher price than competition but felt the scope of work was more thorough and anticipated a higher quality of work being done.
Good presentation at diner. I wanted to cut energy bills and lower my expenses.
