Comment: 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor are always too cold in winter or too hot in summer. The attic has an access panel but is not properly sealed leading to cold air entering. Would like to have this addressed and install an access later. Would also like to get an evaluation of the existing insulation in the attic.

Comment: I want my attic insulated with foam insulation. I've gotten some quotes but it's too pricy for my budget. I was trying to find out if instead of doing 3 or 4 inches I can do 1 or 2 inches then finish with fiberglass. I would love to also know if I can do this to my existing walls. The attic does not have drywall yet so its easy but if I wanted it for the walls that r dry walled already can we.
