David Reeves professionalism and expertise. He also got right into the attic and the crawl space where others just took a look. The competition actually bid lower, but did not seem as committed to a quality result. I was also impressed that David gave me a quoted price within minutes rather than days and could tell me how long it would be between signing the contract and having the work done.
