Comment: We are purchasing this home and it has no main heat source and I'm not sure of it's current insulation either. Some of the windows are single pane and the rest are aluminum double pane. I'm curious about all upgrades and possibly a ductless heatpump system. The home is a Rancher style built in 1960 with approximately 1250sf on the main floor and the same in the basement. Construction is concrete block with a decorative brickwork on most of the outside. We intend to solidify this deal in the next 3 weeks.
