I called GSM for a quote to replace my 37 year old Heating and AC system. Wayne King came out and it was because of him that I purchased a GSM unit. He provided answers to all of my questions and thoroughly explained what I would be purchasing.
Sean Driscoll, Jacob Hopper and Jason Johnson installed the system. They were professional, courteous and efficient; finishing the removal of the old system and installation of the new in 10 hours. They answered any question I put to them and again showed me things about the system about which I never gave a thought.
The care they took with my home and the way they cleaned up after themselves was more than I ever expected.
Absolutely could not be happier.
What did they learn that was most surprising:
The installers found a gas leak at my meter. Immediately advised me to call PSNC and get it fixed - which I did ( the PSNC service man came and they showed him what and where ).
We are always pleased with GSM. Any issues we have are always handled with professionalism.
