Our 18 year old air conditioner stopped working late Saturday night. GSM had a technician at our house on Sunday morning. He determined that we needed to replace our system. First thing Monday morning Wayne King was at our house to discuss our options. We decided on the new air conditioner system that we wanted and GSM had to order it from the manufacturer. Since they could not install our new system for several days, they installed a temporary air conditioner so we could have cool air Monday night. GSM went out of their way to make sure we did not have to spend another night in the heat. We would highly recommend GSM. .
