This is really an overall feedback for Ritch Hallman. Excellent customer service, friendly, engaged in the questions i had, very thorough and knowledgeable. Loved the fact he provided a history of the company and the different services GSM provides! Outstanding job and thoroughly impressed. I recommended my boyfriend to call him for an audit.
