How knowledgeable was the energy adviser

Thim Wade came to our home on servic call as our main unit was out, though he was not totally knowledgeable on our unit, he worked relentless to get our unit up & running as quickly as possible. He also said he had been with this company 20+ years, so I'm sure his expertise is unquestionable in this field.

Did the energy adviser explain his findings

Thim did, and he exhausted all efforts to determine the problem & achieve the solution.

Was the energy adviser friendly

Most definitely, friendly, well mannered & extremely concerned about timely repairs.

How pleased were you with the experience

Extremely pleased with Thim Wadw & his support staff in your office. Everyone went above & beyond our expectations to get our unit running as expeditiously as possible. When the fans were not readily available they sent a truck to Charlotte to buy a new unit & used those fans to complete our repairs. Now that's what I call service.
