What did they learn that was most surprising:
Trev (Trevaris Powe) was most thorough in explaining when we asked questions. He helped us with our thermostat, showed me how to change the furnace filter (even gave me a drill bit for the kind of screws I'd have to unscrew), showed me the filter for the crawl space dehumidifier. He checked a duct to see if it was clean. He checked under the house to see if there were any problems like trash, bugs or leaks. He was so kind, not impatient at all, and gave his phone number in case we need help or have more questions. He was the best service advisor we've ever had from any company for furnace and AC service.
We are always pleased with GSM. Any issues we have are always handled with professionalism.
