I was informed that a high capacity starter would prolong the life of my system, but at $250 per unit (I have 2 systems) that seems very high. I have the complete coverage package, so I would think you'd want to install the capacitor to save you money. I'd pay a small reasonable amount for what the part is worth, which is probably $30.
