The salesman / technician sent to my Geneva home could not have done more to make me feel my best interests were your firm's priority.  He was thorough, generous with information, courteous, totally professional and worked tirelessly to give me a complete overview of the issues / limitations I presently face as a heating and cooling liability and how they can be reversed.  Whomever is responsible for hiring certainly knows how to find and employ the best.
