After over two weeks, punch list items have not been completed. These consist of anchoring condenser to concrete base, fastening branch box to backer board and providing missing screws in condenser cover. Also am not happy with the cosmetic damage to the condenser unit.
What did they learn that was most surprising:
Heard about the excellent reputation of Halco. Somewhat surprised that these punch list items were not taken care of more promptly.
We felt the immediate benefits of the "clean space' vapor barrier system in the crawl space and...
