I called at noon on a Saturday with raw sewage backing up into my basement sink. I was informed that John would be arriving around 5pm. My wife and I were having company for Sunday morning and also have three kids under 5 so we needed a fully operational plumbing system. John was awesome and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased.
