Email contact was great especially since our problem occurred in the wee early morning hours! We requested Jason because he serviced our first a few months before but wasn't sure if we'd be able to request but the best surprise was that Jason showed up and though our furnace couldn't be fixed the night he came because he needed to locate a part...(he felt bad about that!) he came back next day before it got too too cold and dos just what he said he would do... And did it well 😊 We are in warmth tonight and have a nice quiet furnace!! Thanks to all and most especially Jason!
