Job review from MJ in Rochester, NY 14626 on 12/16/15
I would think the annual maintenance of my furnace, A/C and Navian tankless hot water heater would be completed in one visit. I've had 2 service calls so far and am waiting to schedule my 3rd. Hopefully this 3rd service call will be my last.
Our Overall Service
The problem was discovered, but once again the solution was not possible. Scott didn't have the part to fix the problem. I have to schedule a 3rd appointment to complete my yearly maintenance!

Scott was great. He kept me informed of what he was doing and why. He was courteous, polite and thorough.
Our Service Person's Diagnosis
As far as I know his diagnosis was correct, but we'll soon see if replacing the gas valve solves the problem.
Our Service Work
what was done was good (flushing out the avian), but he wasn't able to complete the maintenance on the furnace. I don't know if he checked the A/C.
