Our Overall Service

What I liked: the efforts of the two persons to keep everything clean and to clean-up afterward; their sealing of the outside doors sides and tops. I assume that the "fill" of the attic with extra cellulose was well done (I only saw a small, very difficult to interpret photograph). What I did not like: poor sealing of the connection of furnace air intake to outside (poor caulking outside, no screen at the end of the duct); worse, this job should have been done BEFORE the basement's top beams were covered with foam, partly so a cleaner hole to the outside (without so much damage to the siding) could be done. The crew added a little foam inside on the side of the duct, foam which is insufficient.

Upon inspection, it turned out that the thickness of the foam on ALL the top beam of the basement was insufficient. Why didn't the crew use the very simple and cheap measurement system that Troy Duerr employed at reinspection: the complete work could have been done in one time. The doors were supposed to get sealed sweeps, they did not. So now I am waiting for completion of the job, while the experience of your company and of your crew should have let them done the entire job perfectly the first time.
