I feel I can't really respond to many of these more positively because I've only had the initial visit for the energy audit, therefore, not much to go on yet. Maybe this survey should not be circulated until more contact?

How knowledgeable was the energy adviser

Did the energy adviser explain his findings

just where heat was escaping

Was the energy adviser friendly

How pleased were you with the experience

I'll know more when I have more contact

Suggestions for Improvement:

faster feedback, i.e., now waiting for final findings 2 1/2 weeks, past when told it would be a shorter time period
