Both of the plumbers and the water heater repair were very good. Thank you for making good on the pump that burned out from lack of maintence and returning the monthly maintenance fees I paid. It would have worked out better for both of us if the yearly maintenance had been done on schedule.

The man who came was nice and helpful but after paying monthly maintenance fees for years with no annual maintenance, he had to negotiate my frustration with your company and folks at the office.

Condensation hose will still overflow going into smaller diameter pipe. Original installation was not so good. He did what he could to keep it going.
