The service person arrived at the scheduled time. He was very efficient and knew a great deal about the history of the A/C units in our complex. The maintenance work was completed without any delays. The inside work areas were left clean and dust free. He wore clean elastic covering for his shoes so as not to bring any outside dirt into the house. I was completely satisfied with the Halco service call.
