From the date of the installation of our unit, service was great. Then on Sat 6/13/15 we has a problem with the unit, it wasn't cooling. We called Matt C at his home, on a Saturday, and within a couple hours, we had service. ( His boss, was on his way home from a job in Ithaca and stopped by to assist. In any case, Halco has been good to us and we (especially I have since O, on oxygen and need to stay cool, with lower humidity levels in the air) certainly appreciate it!!
